In execution of a credit line deed of trust dated March 8, 2004, made by Elizabeth C. Shires and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Henry, Virginia, as Instrument Number 040002308, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, any of whom may act, will offer for sale in front of the Henry County Circuit Courthouse, located at 3160 Kings Mountain Road, Martinsville, VA 24112, on November 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., property located in Henry County, Virginia, which property is more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain lot or parcel of land situated on the western margin of Glendale Avenue, (State Route No. 1131), in Collinsville, Martinsville Magisterial District of Henry County, Virginia, and being known and designated as Lot 14, of Section “C”, of the H. D. Prillaman Subdivision, and which said lot is more particularly shown on a certain map entitled, “Plat of Survey for James Maxwell Shires and Elizabeth C. Shires”, which said map was prepared by J. A. Gustin, C.L.S., is dated August 2, 1972, and is of record in the Henry County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Current Map Book.

This sale is subject to all easements, restrictions, conditions, and reservations of record affecting the title to the property hereinabove described.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash. A bidder’s deposit of up to ten percent (10%) of the successful bid in cash or certified funds may be required. Settlement within thirty days of sale. Additional terms may be announced at the time of sale. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Memorandum of Trustee’s Sale outlining additional terms of sale and settlement which will be available for review prior to the announcement of sale.
