improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of ALL THOSE two (2) certain lots or parcels of land, with improvements thereon located and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, situate in the Horsepasture District of Henry County, Virginia, and described as a whole by metes and bounds according to map of property entitled “Property of James and Marie Millner”, prepared by J.A. Trent, C.L.S. , July 13, 1953 of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Henry County, Virginia in Map Book 6, Page 33, as follows: Beginning at a point on the western margin of the Horsepasture Prince, North Carolina Road, being State Route 692, marking the northeast corner of Lot #5 as shown in said map, North 78 degrees 27’ West 327 feet to a point marking the intersection of the dividing line between Lots #5 and #16, and Lots #4 and #15 extended; thence from that point, North 29 degrees East 70 feet to the southwest corner of Lot #14; thence from that point along the dividing line between Lots #15 and #14 extended, south 78 degrees 59’ East 309.3 feet to a point on the western margin of the aforesaid road; thence from that point, South 14 degrees 59’ West 70 feet to the point of beginning, and being all Lots #4 and #15, as shown on said map. TERMS OF SALE: The property will be sold “AS IS,” WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights of way, and all other matters of record taking priority over the Deed of Trust to be announced at the time of sale. A deposit of $6,600.00, or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, in cash or cashier’s check payable to the SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE will be required at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price, with interest at the rate contained in the Deed of Trust Note from the date of sale to the date said funds are received in the office of the SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, will be due within fifteen (15) days of sale. The City of Martinsville is seeking proposals for original, two-dimensional artwork that will be installed outdoors in the College Park pocket park in historic Uptown Martinsville. The mural must be painted directly onto a brick wall, which will be exposed to the elements in a public setting. One design will be selected for production and permanently installed in the park beginning in mid-December 2014. The project must be fully installed by January 15, 2015. The selected artist(s) will receive an honorarium of up to $12,000 for the design, production and installation of their work. For more information, please contact Susan McCulloch at 276-403-5156. The object of the suit is a suit to allow transfer of the Lovell Cemetery to Mount Olivet Christian Church and to which the above listed Respondents have some interest in the Lovell Cemetery and that the said respondents are unknown. The object of this suit is to allow the known heirs to vest full and complete title to the Lovell Cemetery in James W. Paris, Jon Armstrong, Hazel C. Hill, Faye M.Stultz, and Amy Pace Lampe, Trustees of Mount Olivet Christian Church.

An affidavit having been made and filed that the respondents herein are unknown and therefore it is unknown whether they are residents or nonresidents of the State of Virginia; and the complaint stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject property to be divided who are heirs or may have interest in said property and whose names are unknown and making them parties defendants by the general description of "parties unknown" or unknown heirs of a party and an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown, such unknown parties being the heirs, devisees, and successors in the title of John W. Lovell, Nina Graham Clark Lovell, Helen Lovell Beliza, Dale Lovell and Ralph Lovell.

IT IS ORDERED THAT any heirs of Silas N. Self, May J. Self, or Caroline Self appear at the above named Court and protect his/her interests on or before January 20, 2015.
