In execution of that certain deed of trust in the original principal amount of $70,187.00 dated January 13, 2003 and recorded among the land records of Henry County, as Instrument Number 030000334 and subsequent modifications or re-recordings, if any, as amended by an instrument appointing the undersigned as Substituted Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and having been requested to do so by the holder of the note evidencing the said indebtedness, the undersigned Substituted Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Henry County Circuit Court, 3160 Kings Mountain Road, Martinsville, Virginia, on:

The property described in said deed of trust located at the above street address, and more particularly described as:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated on the East side of State Route #678, in Blackberry District, Henry County, Virginia, and being shown as Parcel "A", containing 2.516 acres as shown on Plat of Survey for Vita Triplett and Magdalene C. Triplett, made by Marvin E. Scearce, CLS, dated May 1, 1996, of record in Henry County Circuit Court Clerk`s Office in Map Book 88, page 487, being more commonly known as 1368 Boxwood Lane, Bassett, Virginia in accordance with the numbering system currently utilized by the County of Henry.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash or certified funds. A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the successful bid price, payable in cash or by certified or cashier's check to the undersigned will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Terms of sale to be complied with within 14 days from date of sale or deposit will be forfeit and property will be resold at costs of defaulting purchaser. All real estate taxes to be adjusted as of date of sale.
